A quartz sleeve helps protect your UV Clarifier lamp from any debris and lamps last up to 11 months of constant use. The stainless steel reflector insert increases UV exposure for more efficient sterilization than other UV clarifiers.

Easy set up manual said would take about week to clear water but I saw great results in 24 hrs has been running 3 days water 90% cleared up
At first my pond was soooo green we could not see our fish or the bottom of the pond and now the pond is very clear. It's like crystal clear, but my fish are a little bit scared because the pond is so clear. They used to eat a lot when the pond was green but now it's crystal clear and my fish do not eat a lot anymore. I hope my pond stays this clear. I also just told my grandpa and he just ordered it this morning.

Pond was heavily engulfed with algae. After installing the UV clarifier, the pond was completely clear of algae in less than two weeks. We can see the fish again! I recommend this product for anyone having pond or fish tank algae problems.
