As described.. packaged well and fast shipping...
A better buy in "bulk" with no charge for shipping. NOTE: The charcoal portion wears out a LONG TIME before the blue filter portion. Reason for the lower rating. Otherwise it would be a "5". TOO BAD you can only buy them in sets. I would buy 12 charcoal filters at a time to replace monthly.
Have been hunting for this product on Oahu every time I need to clean the pond and let me tell you, it isn't that easy to find. The cost runs about $30 dollars per 2 pack. What I paid for this 6 pack was a steal and the shipping was free because I purchased over a certain amount to qualify for free shipping. I was amazed they would honor that even though they were shipping product to Hawaii. I will definitely order from your site again, forget driving to every pet store on this island what a waste of time and money.

Put in above ground filter this last spring and this filter system works 100%.
This spring we put in a creek and pond in the backyard. The filter works great and keeps the water clear for our Koi.
After years of green, soupy water I am finally able to say , "WOW, i am impressed how clean and clear the water in the pond has became.
We installed the tetra filter as part of a refit of our koi pond and after years of soupy water, the pond has sparkling water with only minor maintenance about every 3 to 4 months. Bravo!
